This Memorandum of understanding (MOU) sets the terms and understanding
between Rokel Commercial Bank (RCBANK) and Success Newspaper for Success
Newspaper to be providing advertising services on behalf of RC Bank, which is the
leading Financial institution in Sierra Leone.

BACKGROUND
Success Newspaper is a registered publishing Newspaper operating in Sierra
Leone with National coverage and a global face look with a functional website and
other social media platforms. Our Headquarters is located at 122 Pademba Road
Freetown. Success Newspaper has presence on social media, with WhatsApp
groups, Facebook groups with a special page, twitter account that are online 24
hours.
Success Newspaper is owned by Abu Kalokoh, whose relentless effort has earned
him accolades and awards from institutions like the Independent Media
Commission (IMC), the regulatory body for the media and Vendors Association.
Included in this package is the bottom and top strip advert, subject to preferred
choice of RCBank Management.
PURPOSE
By this MO, Success Newspaper is contracted to advertise RCBbank’s
products/services on the bottom or top strip for a period of 12 months (January
2024-December 2024) subject to annual renewal and the preferred choice of
Rokel Commercial Bank for either top or bottom strip. The requested amount
from our side for this bottom or top strip advert on an annual basis is NLE10, 000
(Ten Thousand Leones)
Additionally, Success Newspaper can also publish news, stories and promotional
news for RCBank, subject to our advert pricing for newspapers.
